  • • Led and mentored interns, collaborating with team members on exhibit and graphic projects
  • • Maintained internal Kanban board to establish accountability and communicate repair needs, providing preventive maintenance and enhancement of more than 250 exhibits
  • • Designed organizational system, resulting in decrease of average exhibit repair time from four days to less than half a day (increase in uptime of 88%)

  • • Solved complex/sensitive problems, developing a back-of-house newsletter addressing common issues and providing strategic alternatives to anticipate problems, identify feedback opportunities, and coach multiple perspectives for user needs
  • • Supported sales, operations, consumer support, and training for over 1,500 daily consumers, maintaining high NPS customer satisfaction ratings through open communication within 100+ person team
  • • Used proprietary internal IT information systems inside Apple’s secure network to mentor teammates, pull and restock orders, and complete online training to quickly learn new products and services
  • • Received certification to test and debug devices and electronics for technical repair

  • • Configured workstation and peripherals, instructing customers with various knowledge bases on how to log on and access network services
